Services list has been modified heavily (some removals, some additions, didn't review it yet in detail). But please bear in mind that BlackVipers updated service recommendations for the Fall Creators update were not published (yet), so another update might be necessary soon…
The possibility to remove system apps has been removed completely. Reason unclear, no explanations given.
The possibility to remove/disable some predefined scheduled tasks has been removed completely (e.g. everything from Windows Privacy Tweaker 2.0). Reason unclear, no explanations given.
Some flaws (issue #4: missing services from BlackViper's list, issue #5: script is hardcoded to rely on an English Windows setup medium) continue to exist.
So the usefulness of the script has decreased except you to re-add the dropped features yourself. Maybe there was a cause for their removal, but we won't know until the author sheds some light on this and gives us a more complete changelog.
