Of course... Just submit a patch here.
If you want to contribute a bit more on windom, i can give you write access to the CVS.

BTW, it would be better if the real root cause of the problem is understood and fixed. Just a "patch" to hide the bug is not really a good solution IMO.

There are also a bug tracker on sf.net (links on windom home page) to log that kind of bug.
