There are bookmarks in the windowz version but not the osx version. Is this correct?

  That's correct, the OS X version is quite basic and has not been updated for a long time.

Please, make function to work with bookmarks files in OS X version. It is very useful in WinDjView, but i often have to read books on MacBook!
