I never suggested that you don't see the issue, only that I cannot reproduce it. I am quite sure that there is nothing wrong with the installer currently hosted on SourceForge. I'll submit a "false positive" report to Microsoft, perhaps that can help.

Just to double check, is this the file that got flagged by Defender? Its md5 sum is
51568b064123215b296a100b7d0685fb. If yes, then I'll submit a "false positive" report to Microsoft, perhaps that can help.

Please try updating latest malware definitions for the Defender and checking again.
Sorry just saw your previous comments, so it is the latest version of the installer. I've sent it to Microsoft for analysis.
Closing as fixed. Windows 10 Defender no longer flags the installer as malware with latest definitions.
