#1 Batch file does not correctly handle filenames with spaces

The "rebuild.bat" batch file does not contain a valid
copy command if the name of the file being split
contains spaces. The name of the file being copied to
(i.e. the name of the original file) should have
quotation marks around it but does not (oddly, the
names of the file fragments *do* have quotes around
them). In consequence, the copy command is not valid.

Workaround: edit rebuild.bat and add quotes around the
filename.
