#12 WinVNCSvr Will not run.

I am running a touch screen device with Windows CE .Net Version 4.2. I am using a usb key to upload the executable file onto the systems industrial compact flash. After it loads onto the system I am unable to run launch the executable that I just copied giving the error message "Cannot find 'WinVNCSvr' (or one of its components). Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all thje required libraries are available." What could be the reason CE is not allowing the application to run?

I am also compiling the source code with Visual C++ 6.0 on windows XP professional. Are there compiler adjustments that need to be made?
