#14 Crashing/Not Responding While transferring

I have a weird problem being able to transfer music to
my zen micro. using "upload directory" only works for
about the first 1/5 of my songs then quits. then if i
do it again, winamp crashes. i am able to upload a few
songs at a time via "upload" but if i select them all,
winamp simply crashes. i'm using firmware 1.02.05 and
winamp 5.03c and windows xp pro.
