#3 Add support for oldown & newdes selectors in color schemes

It would be useful if conditional color scheme
supported the oldown & newdes selectors. Also the
graduated color scheme for oldown.

Btw, what is the sdes selector for in the conditional
color scheme? I'm not familiar with sdes.

sdes is the same as newdes. sdes is the dump name for
newdes.
oldown is not included in the dump information from the
server so it is not included in condition fields. If you get the
oldown included in dump then it can be added to the WinACE
easily. I suggest you put a request into Wolfpack.
The "*" is shows if the sector is 'own' or not. Not quite as
useful oldowner.
There is a slim possibility of doing something with
enemySector information in combined with Sector information
but it is reliable method to get the oldown.
