#1 Lad for one time after restart panel not accessible

using 30'' Cinema Apple display with windows xp. after installing WinACD-0.4.6 before new start the Apple Controls pannel is accessible and i can tell which function the power button of the display should have.

After new start i can see the Apple control and the text under wirtual vontrol panel "None present". i have resinstalled the driver a rebooted several times. i have cleaned the registry and nothing happend.

i can see the programs acdmon.exe and acdpower.exe running but nothing happens.
