Win32SVN 1.7.14 msi Re-Released

Just before Christmas it came to my attention there is a problem with the 1.7.14 msi installer.

I have messed up the files when building the 1.7.14 installer.
It contained the 1.7.13 files.
The zip-files contains the correct files.

The problem is now corrected and a new installer is available for download.
