command<0>() why not command<-1>()

I have a dynamically created menu. The only way I found to handle their cmd is to handle command<0>() then use hwnd of enhance_msg. But I have to filter cmds on menus with IDs (I use w_param_lo  != 0 test).

First, is there a better way to solve this problem (dynamic creation of menus)

Second, dynamic menu items don't have an ID (= 0), why not making command<0>() handles such items, and make command<-1> as a handler for all items?

I was forced to specify an ID for each dynamically created menu. using hwnd was not a good idea...
