splitters at design time?

i tried to implement a dialog with some splitters but i didn't figure it out how...in an example app you wrote it would be so easy to make splitters at design time. i copied all the styles of the controls but in my dialog there aren't any splitters...

so what do i have to do now?

      Open win32gui/id.hpp file.
Then copy/paste the content from there into your resource file (resource.h).

In order for auto-mapping to work, the splitters need to have some pre-defined IDs.

That said, after you do this you might get a compile error. Some ID (example: ID_splitter1) might be defined twice.
Erase the old definition - and keep the ones you inserted from win32gui/id.hpp.

thanks for your answer. when i have time i'll try this ;-)

but i have another question about auto-mapping. i don't have the cuj-magazine (but i ordered it ;-)) so can you give me a short explanation about the mechanism or some links which have information about it plz?
