So it e.g. compiles with a recent MinGW.
Also fixed a missing #include that produced a warning.
Updated declarations in the patch will break alternative function definitions. But with the current build parameters, they're never used anyway.
Thanks for that patch and sorry for the long delay. We plan to integrate it into the next release.
Win-bash is no longer under active development. So I am sorry, but we have to close this as a wont-fix at last.
