I am attempting to create a "standalone", out of game, bank storage for Borderlands 2. Could anyone give me any tips? Please. I want to use Unreal Engine 3(have it) and create a graphical GUI for the bank. What I need is...to learn what files are accessed ingame for one of the three banks. For the graphics and 3D stuff...etc...
Can I use...ProcessHacker, CheatEngine, IDA, ollydbg...any of these??? Once I find the "pointers" etc...I feel I can come up with a cool offline, out of game storage thingy...etc...
Please help and advise.

This editor allow your to retrieve backpack and vault equipment. If you know how to program (C#.NET or VB.NET), you may download the code source trough SVN (http://svn.gib.me/public/borderlands2/trunk/) and talk to rick(aka gibbed) and make a branch for a new "Locker" feature.
Note: Stash and golden keys are store into "profile.bin" so the editor don't access this file atm.

Hmmm...cool. I know Gibbed editor...v.227. Am an artist not much of a programmer...just for kicks...Will try to contact Rick(Gib) because I need to find the files processes etc associated with the games storage UI.
