Notice some UI elements are completely invisible, or have horrible contrasting. Some people have expressed creating a fancy GUI, and I'm not against that, but speaking on behalf of those who need something accessible due to either vision problems (my case) or strange color setups, I'd like to suggest that the UI just be create using standard .NET components, to both create maximum compatibility with both .NET and Mono and as well as to help everything match up with the color schemes people have setup on their OS.

But, aren't you using High Contrast on a XP/98?
Something tells me you're trying to push a negative look on WillowTree 1 so you can have a un-needed shine on 2.
A fancy look is useless. We should have simplicity, approachable easy to use buttons, and drop downs, like early WillowTree 1.
