I'm using WillowTree#-2.2.1.102. In the locker tab some weapons are blocked by the menu bar, screenshot:

There is one weapon completely blocked, atm I can access it by arrow key but it's troublesome.

How can I fix this problem?

The issue looks like it is caused because the layout of the user interface for the locker menu were designed with a particular font in mind and your system is using a different font or size.  All the words of the menu bar don't fit with this fatter font so it scrolls to the next line and blocks the display of the list below the menu bar.  WillowTree isn't designed with custom font sizes in mind, so you will have to use the Windows default sizes or smaller if you want the display to be proper.

In this case, the size or font of the Windows "Menu" font is not identical to or smaller than the one used when WT# was designed.  This may come about because you changed your system to use Large or Extra Large instead of normal fonts or you increased the Windows display DPI setting.  You can change them back and WT# will look proper, but be aware these settings affect how *all* of your Windows software looks.  Here's how to do that on Windows XP:

Right click an empty spot on your desktop and select the 'Properties' to open the Display Properties.  On the 'Settings' tab, click the 'Advanced' button in the lower right.   In the box that says 'DPI setting' it should say 'Normal size (96 DPI)'.  If it already says that then you may have modified the font size in the 'Appearance' tab.  Click the 'Appearance' tab and click the 'Advanced' button.  There is a box there that says 'Font Size'.  You can change it to 'Normal' (even if it already says normal) and click 'Apply' and I believe Windows will reset all the font sizes to the standard sizes.  Otherwise you may click the 'Advanced' button, select 'Menu' from the box that says 'Item:'.  Set the values to the normal Windows defaults of menu size 19, and Menu font 'Tahoma' size 8 and 'Apply' the changes.  That should fix the display in WT#.

My Windows display settings are default, but I'm using traditional Chinese version of Win7. All settings are the same except the menu font is blank. After setting the font size to 8 the size mysteriously becomes smaller although the default value is also 8. So this does solve the problem, but now the Windows menu font size is smaller too. Is it possible to use an independent font size in WT#, not the one in Windows?

I'm afraid not with the way WT# is currently programmed.  It would need changes to the user interface layout programming to accomplish that.  If you are a programmer you could download the source code, modify the size of the UI elements as needed to get a pleasing layout with the fonts/sizes you would like to use, then recompile it.
