Final WikyBlog 1.7 Release Candidate

WikyBlog is a scalable CMS/Groupware application with an AJAX enhanced tabbed interface enabling users to view and edit multiple files within the same page.

Release Candidate 3 adds a few bugfixes and an improved installer to the many significant improvements built into version 1.7 of WikyBlog. This will most likely be the final release candidate for version 1.7.
