#3 Correction in Wikiwig to use HTTPS - c.f. bug 1187132

This is a patch that enables Wikiwig to use relative
URLs so it eases the migration of existing Wikis when
the server name changes and it enables the use of
Wikiwig on an HTTPS server.

To install, please use the files attached here on top
of 3.2.0 finale.

It also correct a bug when
