#11 INTERFACE : toolbar finessing
1) the unordered list should precede the ordered list -
that drop down menu in the middle is distracting -
could it be hidden?
2) Binary Large OBjects (blobs) are a basic means for
accounting for "just bits". A drop down menu would
select the type: Image, File, PDF, Bit Image, JPEG, SVG
for displayable items, and tag that discribes the item
for unknown blobs.
3) version control should be off, unless specifically
required.
4) their should be a "keeper of the versions" person
assigned to tidy up and purge older obsolete versions (
if not an iso requirement) I am thinking of
documentation archiving and ISO requirements.
5) toolbar should display from large (global, like css)
to small ( like font size and style), in the natural
order of reading.
6) default values should permit a nice presentation
without too much editing.
7)CSS stylesheets might be an option
8) possiblity of texual "layers" like the gimp -
possible whiteboard?
9) hook into jabber functionality for side conversations?
