#46 Install - Page Title Not Populated

During the install, the name of the site is entered, and this is populated onto the index.html page as the Page <h1> title ok. (Line 124 of /_wk/setup/index.php)

Although this should also be populated into the <title> tag (Line 123) but this does not occur and we are left with {head_title} instead of the name of our wiki.

It seems this does not happen because during the setup the variable is defined as {wkName}(Line 24 of /_wk/setup/installation_page.tpl.php) rather than the {head_title} used elsewhere on the system.
