readme.txt is obviously not telling the whole story. /wikiwig/_wk/setup/index.php gives multiple Undefined offset: errors and then a set-up form in french!!

similar problem: when I try the setup file I get:
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in C:\wamp\www\wikiwig\_wk\setup\setup.functions.inc.php on line 48
Notice: Undefined offset: 3 in C:\wamp\www\wikiwig\_wk\setup\setup.functions.inc.php on line 54
Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in C:\wamp\www\wikiwig\_wk\lib\Wiki_DB.php on line 36
Notice: Undefined variable: res in C:\wamp\www\wikiwig\_wk\setup\index.php on line 172
ignoring this and then running the setup sort of works, but a lot of the options (e.g. page types) are french rather than english etc
