#6 Fasted tab additions

In order to make new tabs faster, after filling one of the inputs in the dialog and clicking the corresponding button, instead of getting a list with "+" to add the artist, it probably would be faster to show a list of the artists found with the corresponding checkbox checked. This way, if you have entered the rigth item, you've got the job done.
