#1 Extra <br /> in preformatted text

An extra <br /> is being added at the end of the
preformatted text block. This causes the block to take
up more room than it needs. See the html snippet below:

<blockquote class="wiki"><pre class="wiki">*WRONG*
FOR I = 4 TO 8
DISPLAY @(40,I-2):XREF(I):
NEXT I
<br />
</pre>
</blockquote>

    Actually, now in my tests with the latest RC it seems to be
    fixed. I made some modifications to the parser for other
    fixes, and this may have been fixed as a result.

    Basically the above happens if there is a blank line after
    the monospaced text - i.e.

    -------
    my text

    -------

    produces the extra <br /> while

    -------
    my text
    -------

    does not.

    So it appears fixed.... let me know what you think
