#2 case-insensitivity

I know I'v already mentioned this elsewhere, but I am
putting it here for your convenience.
If it would not be imprectical to implement, I would
like to see a an option to make a wiki
case-insensitive, so that [[mcallister]] could be the
same page as [[McAllister]].

Thank you again for WikiRootry, life is much simpler
and cheaper with flat files : )
