#16 Change MediaWiki interface module

The current "MediaWiki" module is buggy and doesn't appear to be actively updated. Consider switching away to MediaWiki::API, or Perlwikipedia, or MediaWiki::Bot, or something like that. Look for something that's reasonably-well supported, has a small bug queue, etc.
