In the left column of the new standard skin "MediaWiki:Search"
is used both for the headline and the button. In the german
Wikipedia language version I wanted to change the buttons: "full
text" (Volltext) instead of "search" and "title search" (Titelsuche)
instead of "go" to stress the difference. Unfortunately the
headline uses "MediaWiki:search", too. But the headline of
course must be "search" and not "full text". Is it possible to
create an own MediaWiki for the headline?
