#185 hide/show logged-in users on Recent Changes

Here's the idea: I seem to spend a fair amount of time
watching recent changes for vandalism and the like.
Vandalism only ever comes from non-logged-in users. I
would like an extra option on RC (say
hideLoggedInUsers=1) to only show edits from such
users. I've looked at your code, and it doesn't look too
hard - it would work just the same as the way
minorchanges works now. Just a matter of:

if ($hideloggedinusers) {
$hideliu = "AND cur_user = 0"
} else {
$hideliu = ""

    Bumping up priority; this should go in along with other
    improved RC options (hide/show bot edits, hide/show
    anonymous, hide/show logged-in; group by author?/date)

    This would make things more complicated, I think, but anyway, I bet that
    Tim isn't the only one watching for vandalism, and it seems kind of a
    waste of effort to me to have say 5 people all checking the same
    anonymous contribution to see if it's vandalism. Maybe there could be
    a page with a name something like like [[special:anonymous user
    contributions]], which would list all contribution from anonymous users,
    and logged in users or administrators could remove edits from the lists
    after they make sure that they're not vandalism. Another useful feature
    might be to have small enough diffs displayed right in the RC page, so
    that petty vandalism can be seen at a glance.

    Changed the summary on this. I think I'm going to learn the entire development history of MediaWiki going through these RFEs, too.

    And probably special option of big diffs - to deal with vandals
    more effectively. [[user:ilya]]
