#1100 <th> and ! do not align center in firefox

In Firefox 9.3, linux <th> and ! (the wiki table
heading markup chracter) do not automatically render to
include align="center". I checked with IE, and
Konqueror, and both of those DO in fact align as
center, so it's specific to Firefox, and seems to be a bug.

Also this bug is not in Firefox, because in
non-wiki-embedded html, it works just fine, I checked
it out a bit.

    Since no additional information was supplied, I'll close
    this bug. It sounds more like a bug in Firefox than one in
    MediaWiki. Just because other THs work in Firefox doesn't
    mean Firefox is bugfree in all cases.
