#1 Non-functional

Hi! This is a really cool, extension, thanks for all the work! Unfortunately, I cannot make it work! I have installed it at http://wiki.tbsp.org. This is hosted site on DreamHost (dreamhost.com). Version info:

MediaWiki: 1.10.1
PHP: 5.2.3 (cgi-fcgi)
MySQL: 5.0.24a-standard-log

It seems to partially process the wiki page, but cannot generate the pdf. I am willing to debug the problem, but I don't know where to start, and I am not super-proficient at Tek. Would you be willing to take a look at the log files for any given page and give me some suggestions about what to look at? Otherwise, I may have to start from scratch! :-)
