#1 Dropping characters.
When transfering data from rc2014 console port to telnet session, data gets dropped. Short blocks of text, up to about 256 seem o.k. if there is a bit of time after the block is transfered.
This looks like a buffer throttle bug. The problem seems to be that there is no way to slow down the
rc2014 console driver or pace it or use xon/xoff to control data flow.
The ultimate fix for this is a better console driver for cp/m.
