#20 bin file..."not working"

Sorry if I'm missing something stupid here, but I've
downloaded the bin file, and opened it with both
IsoBuster and UltraISO, but they cannot see any install
files or ISO file. Nero only burns the bin file to the
CD - nothing to execute/install. Can someone help me
with what's going on? Thanks

OK...I realize just how stupid this question was...just
upgrade with that bin file (no install program to
extract/install to a CD). Sorry for the dumb question
