WS_EX_LAYERED Form is simply as famous Adobe Photoshop 7.0 splash screen.
There are tons of tutorial & sample application implements that stuff in Delphi, C++ C# and etc.

What then make us frustrated is, the form displayed well with loss of interactive input such as

Button,
Panel,
Menu,
StatusBar, ListView, and so on, all is hidden!

Why all visual control (VCL) disappear?
Where they are put on ?
Are they deleted/destroyed?

Widget32 aim to provide mechanism to show-back those interactive TForm with your mouse.
(Keyboard not yet tested)
