WicketDemo update:
There is now a page added that shows all possible application configuration
settings. Reflection is used so this page is never outdated (stays in sync
with the real possibilities).

Updated the wiki:
- architecture: model diagram updated (synched with code)
- architecture: added documentation about the GUI layer
- added technical references page

Minor code updates (adding comments).
