[Wicketarch-helloworld] wicket archetype

Hi all,

I succeeded setting up the wicket archetype from source (I updated the
wicket dependency in pom.xml to 1.2.6 first!).

Is there a wicket archetype compatible with wicket 1.3 beta available?
