First off, THANK YOU!!!! for WICK.
Outstanding job, keep up the good work, and I am
definately looking forward to see what else you come up
with next.
The Problem:
Setting up a small intranet application in ASP, and
want to send emails. Names & Email are stored in a
database, and generated via an asp page into the
javascript. That works fine, no problem at all.
Problem is 3 people in the database, have a 'single
quote' ' in their name...for eg: xxxxx xxx'xxxx and
surprisingly enough the dumbass of a f****** webmaster
or administator gave her an email with
xx'xxxx@xxxx.com. Go figure, I never even knew that
single quote character was allowed.
I know single quote is used in the array to seperate
out the fields and the addition of another ' is just
confusing the sh** out of it. What would you suggest
for me to get around this. I have access to the db to
change the names and emails, but the problem arises
where I am NOT ALLOWED to actually change it, and
especially the email because it is already something
that is in use.
I am open to all suggestions, I can even be reached at
sxm1863NOSPAM@gmail.com please remove NOSPAM.
Thanks

Put a "\" in front of the single quote as in:
'Joe\'s Store'
Good luck!
