Greetings, Topics: 1. whSQL 2. task specifications 3. Next beta releases 1. Currently we have a lot of software in development stage but we need to make an implementation of whSQL (sqlite port mostly) as soon as possible since the next workgroups requires it: * WhiteHawk Distribution. * WhiteHawk Desktop environment. Currently we have enough developers to make the current activities(and the 2nd recruitment stage is over) so we need somone already in the project to take care of it, anyone is up to it?. 2. Sourceforge has fixed the website (but not the ssh service) so every task into all work groups will be linked to a specifications web page. 3. In the other hand common apps is being developed faster than we expected, we hope to make three beta releases at the same time ( whClamav, whFramework, Commonapps) hope the 3rd week of november, so keep the good work. Hi, currently most of software is in development stage, but whSQL library is highly required for most of freezed programs, our whSQL project leader (candres68) its a little busy right now and cannot attend this, so anyone is up to control that task? since its vital to our project it has some priority over the other tasks, knowledge of atleast two of this software: MySQL, postgres, sqlite, is required,

Hi, we need a handbook where developers who are starting to learn advanced programming could see references of common techniques (like LayerProgramming, patterns, etc) also should be good to include generic types (STL) and run time type identifiaction and how-to's like avoiding memmory leaks and so on, if anyone is interested in this notify it to me please.

WhiteHawkSystems has completed the recruitment stage, for new people we strongly suggest to read the programming guide which is at: http://whsystems.sourceforge.net/?node=style Since it explains the coding style and tools used to desing and develop our project components, also have a read to the How-to svn since it explains our svn access. We'll be in contact via e-mail and IRC (#whitehawk-dev channel at freenode server) if you have any problems with IRC send me an e-mail and i'll be glad to help you. Greetings, there is a new forum section (in the web site) there you can post anything related to the development, including questions or problems that you have, se we can colaborate in a easiear way, I'm also rewriting the web site ( making a CMS for whsystems) but i'm doing it in very slow steps, we are expecting to get fully functional (almost done), well, the people that havent yet registered into the mailing list at sf.net please do it, thanks. since we are in very different timezones it will be hard to do a realtime chat, so the people who aren't subscribed into the mailing system please inscribe yourself so you could read all the diggest, we will try to be in an irc channel at freenode (#whitehawk-dev)but with those timezones it will be hard to meet each others.
