#49 Gorges place structures on waypoint paths

Gorges regularly place structures on waypoint paths, then have trouble navigating around them later. I know that changing the navigation and obstacle avoidance code is tricky, so why not just have gorges change their yaw a little bit (say, 45 or 90 degrees left or right) before dropping a structure? The structure still gets built, the structures are still near where they should be so they're still useful, but the bots can still navigate as effectively as they could if there were nothing built.
