#208 Cannot select desired log directory through browser

When setting up logging, clicking on the button with an
ellipsis on it opens a browsing window, as expected.
However, it opens at c:\My Documents, and I can't find
a way to navigate from there to where I wanted to log
to - d:\discworld - there was no way to go 'up' a level
in the directory heirarchy.
