#171 section headers have wrong sizes

Applies to version 0.0.26.

Section heads should be larger->small in font sizes
where header classes go from primary header -> lesser
header.

I.e. HTML equivalent:

<h1> would be largest in font-size while <h5> would be
smallest, or least outstanding from the rest of the text.

I think the MUD itself has a very good way of
formatting header classes.
