#38 debugName and debugInfo safety

These functions are called by the debugger to create short text
names and descriptions of Wheat's C++ objects.

These functions need to be made as safe as possible, since they
can be called on objects **before** they have been constructed.

I realize this is evil on the part of the debugger, and that there is
often no way to make sure it is 100% safe, but they need to be
made the best they can.
