#3 Reading from filehandle failed at ./whatpix line 262.

Hello,

until now I used whatpix 1.2 only with Debian woody,
but I have problems using it with Gentoo. the problem
is caused by the different Perl-versions (5.6.1
respectively 5.8.0) and libs, of course, but as I'm not
a Perl-hacker I can only provide you with this report:

scanning a directory with SHA1 fails:
./whatpix -dir mp3
[...]
Info: using "whatpix" as database file.
mp3
mp3/1
mp3/1/a
Reading from filehandle failed at ./whatpix line 262.

no more dirs under mp3/1/a ,BTW. it fails after
scanning mp3/1/a, when it tries to climb up again.

using md5 works!!
