[Wh2fo-devel] WH2FO Startup

Erm, I've downloaded WH2FO from the internet. Let me try to simulate a
user's approach to the downloaded material:

1. The user gets batch files (*.bat), which initialize s.th. Not necessarily
he/she understands what the batch routines do. He/she might fear that they
change some important settings of his/her machine.
2. The user gets a file "license.txt". He/she will understand it.
3. The user looks for a documentation for startup. He/she won't find
anything alike.
4. The user looks for a self-explaining file, such as "setup.exe" or
"install.exe". He/she won't find any.
5. The user reflects, whether he/she will have enough benefit to make it
worthwhile to look for a support address and to go on with the setup. He/she
will act according to his/her decision.
