A lot of work got done through July on the new drawing system for wGui.  The
new code is almost completed, so hopefully we'll have the 0.4.0 release soon
(though Doom 3 might interfere with that a little).  Other than a few very
minor bugs, the code in CVS should be fully working if you want to get a head
start.  We may do a Release Candidate before the 0.4.0 release, but that hasn't
yet been decided.  Besides a little bit of code cleanup, the main thing that
needs to be done yet for the next release is updating the documentation.

I'll keep you all informed.
