[wgs-assembler-users] files renamed, svn update will not work

Hi-

If only to save myself from responding to later bug reports and/or email...

I renamed a ‘few’ files in wgs-assembler this morning to get rid of the ugly symlink hack during compilation.  If you try to ‘svn update’ on a tree that you’ve compiled, those symlinks will greatly confuse svn.  I recommend a clean checkout instead (or remove the symlinks first).
