[wgs-assembler-users] subversion now, no more cvs

Due to changes at sourceforge, the code repository address was going to change.  We took this opportunity to switch from CVS to Subversion.

You can check out from subversion with:
  svn checkout svn://svn.code.sf.net/p/wgs-assembler/svn/trunk/src src

The CVS repository is still active, but will disappear in the near future.
