#93 sample or split deep unitigs
Consensus uses a lot of memory when working with deep and/or large unitigs. As a workaround, the unitigs can be sampled to lower coverage, or split 'vertically' into multiple unitigs that cgw should put back together. If split, contig consensus might then run out of memory.
Won't fix, hasn't been much of an issue as of late, even in assemblies of 150 X coverage.
