#18 Sequence gap report

Generate a report that shows all that is known about a given specified
intra-scaffold gap. List the contigs, fragments, and unsatisfied mates
around the gap.

Note: Art Delcher added optional code to cgw to make it list all the reads
that were considered for a gap, even if some were rejected. This
information might enhance the gap report.

We have had a request to bump this priority and make sure the report includes information about gaps in assemblies of 454 reads.
