#327 Fragment correction failed in CA8.3rc2

Hi,
I'm trying out PacBio (uncorrected, 25X coverage) with CA8.3rc2; I would like to see how this assembles and then try error-corrected also. Right now I'm facing the following error at the fragment correction step:

frgcorr.sh: line 12: printf: 0008: invalid octal number
gkpStore = '/home/ca/pb_raw/pb_raw.gkpStore'
ERROR: Illegal high fragment IID '0'
ERROR: Illegal lo/high fragment IIDs: lo=-199999 > hi=0

What are these IIDs, where are they set and how are the high and low values set erroneously like this? How can I fix this error?
