#317 Consensus building running long
Hello,
I had a whole genome assembler job that died a month after submission. It was in step 8-consensus. Following the process via top, I noticed that there were two ctgcns jobs that ran for more than a week, when the remainder of the 100 or so jobs completed after only a day or two (most took only a few hours). I restarted the process after deleting consensus.sh, and the process seems to have picked up the two jobs that timed out from the beginning. Is this normal/correct, or should I do something to short circuit that run. Any suggestions you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
