CVS is looking good...

CVS has had numerous bug fixes and enhacements.. Please view the home page for changes/fixes.

0.4.0 is a long way away still.. mainly due to no Mac release. Though, Force Feedback is still only 50% implement on Linux and Win32... I cannot do much more on linux until I get a device that either works with FF on linux, or someone does the work for me - though, the enumeration and Event API is in use now.

There is also a default of building with /dev/input/eventX or using --disable-joyevents during configure, the old /dev/input/jsX interface.. Note: the old interface allows for no FF. There is also some info on my forums about configuring udev to allow non root read/write access to specific event files.

Anyway, I strongly urge users to use cvs head, as there are no breaking changes since 0.3, but you will see several bug fixes.

I may (will probably now) release a 3.1 release soon that includes these new changes. And, if I cannot get a Mac port soon, I will put that towards version 1 then.
